My name is Wynton El. I've been obsessed with speed since I was a kid — and that obsession led me to some of the highest levels of sprint competition in the country.
In February 2009, I won the New Mexico State Championship in the Indoor Track 60-meter dash. That summer, I qualified for the Junior Olympic Nationals in the 100-meter dash. Then in 2010, I set the Freshman Summer 100-meter dash record at the United States Naval Academy.
Throughout those years, I was also one of the top 18 soccer players in New Mexico through the Olympic Development Program (ODP), which sharpened my agility, coordination, and multi-sport athleticism.
Today, I channel everything I learned into coaching the next generation of athletes here in Oahu. IroIro Athletics is built on one belief: speed is a skill, and every athlete can develop it with the right coaching.

Private sessions focused on sprint mechanics, acceleration, top-end speed, agility, and explosive power. Wynton works with athletes of all sports — track, soccer, football, basketball, or general fitness. Full movement and sprint mechanics assessment at intake. Programming adjusted every 2–4 weeks.
8-week progressive sprint training program at Ala Moana Park. Every Thursday 5:00–6:00 PM. Sprinting form, drive phase, top-end speed development, agility, and explosive power. Written progress notes at program completion.
Train with a crew. Group sessions combining running, sprint drills, and conditioning in a format that builds community as fast as it builds fitness. Sessions available when offered — run club free, bootcamps pay-per-session or membership.
